Snowdonia Camp Adventure!

Our first group has enjoyed a fantastic start to this year’s school camp programme in the heart of Snowdonia. Throughout their stay, pupils have embraced a variety of outdoor experiences, developing confidence, resilience and teamwork while making the most of the beautiful surroundings.

Students took part in a map-reading challenge, using their navigation skills to locate key points along their route. They also enjoyed learning new skills on kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, showing determination and enthusiasm as they challenged themselves in unfamiliar environments. One of the highlights of the trip was discovering an old cave hidden within the mountains, adding a real sense of adventure to their experience.

The group also explored the local environment, investigated interesting rock formations and embraced opportunities to challenge themselves through a range of outdoor activities. Throughout the camp, pupils demonstrated excellent teamwork, perseverance and a willingness to try new things.

We are incredibly proud of the positive attitude, teamwork and sense of adventure shown by everyone involved. The group has represented the school admirably and we look forward to hearing more about their experiences.
