Supporting PHD Research
As part of our commitment to professional development, we are proud to support a member of staff who is undertaking postgraduate research into the experiences of Classroom Support Assistants (CSAs). The study explores the vital role CSAs play in supporting pupils through positive relationships, emotional support, safeguarding and learning.
By encouraging staff to engage in research and further professional learning, we continue to develop our understanding of effective practice and strengthen the support we provide across the school community. We look forward to seeing how the findings contribute to staff wellbeing, professional development and positive outcomes for pupils. Well done Russ!
