Indoor climbing at Plas Y Brenin.
Year 11 students preparing for their GCSE PE exam took part in an indoor climbing session at Plas y Brenin. They began with an effective warm-up that prepared them both physically and mentally for the activity. Students first used the bouldering wall to refine their climbing techniques, before progressing to roped climbs, where they practised belaying one another while tackling more challenging routes.
